Hi! We’re Michele and Joe Zeiler — the heart behind Always With Love Pet Care. What began back in 2008 with just a deep love for animals and a shared dream has grown into a trusted, local pet care team serving families throughout Schaumburg and the surrounding suburbs.
Animals have always been a part of our lives. Over the years, we’ve learned that what pet parents truly need isn’t just someone to “stop by” — they need someone they can trust completely. Someone who shows up, loves their pets like family, and treats their home with care and respect. That’s why we built Always With Love Pet Care the way we did: with real employees, thorough training, clear communication, and reliable backup systems to make sure no pet is ever left waiting.
Joe laid the foundation for this business long before it became what it is today. In the early days, he was the one who built the structure, handled the logistics, and kept things moving so Michele could focus on what she does best — caring for people and their pets. His quiet leadership, big heart, and steady hand created the solid ground this company stands on. Today, Joe continues to be that anchor. He supports Michele in every way he can, stepping in wherever he’s needed most to keep everything running smoothly.
Michele oversees the day-to-day details — ensuring every visit runs seamlessly, every sitter is supported, and every pet gets the attention they deserve. She has a soft spot for senior pets and quirky personalities, and nothing makes her happier than earning a shy pet’s trust. Her passion for animals and commitment to quality care have helped shape the company’s culture from the inside out.

Lori is a seasoned Emergency Veterinary Nurse who now brings her expertise to in-home pet care. While she still picks up shifts at the ER clinic, she shifted to pet sitting to spend more time with her teens, Riley and Evan. Lori works with all types of animals—including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and small pets—and specializes in administering complex medical care at home. Known for her patience and fear-free approach, she makes even the most nervous pets feel safe. Outside of pet care, she enjoys time with her family at their Wisconsin cabin and life with her bearded dragon, Spikey.

Angel brings a well-rounded background in pet care, from working in shelters to advising pet parents on nutrition in the retail world. At home, she dotes on her pittie, Bella, and enjoys caring for both dogs and cats with a calm energy that helps even the shyest pets feel at ease. While she’s not a certified trainer, Angel naturally incorporates positive reinforcement into her walks, helping pups build confidence and better leash skills. When she’s not pet sitting, she supports her husband’s growing vehicle wrap business—making her a true multitasker with a heart for animals.

When she’s not caring for pets, Jasmin enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations.
